Your entire moving business.
One platform.

Software for moving companies. Phones, sales, estimates, dispatch, the crew app, storage and billing on one record, with an AI assistant called Mentat that knows all of it. Built inside a working moving company.

A Nashville moving company runs on it every day. Opening to more movers in 2027.

One move is one record, from the first call to the last payment.

The Calls report: calls answered by a person and by Mentat

Call

Every call rings the right people in the right order. When nobody picks up, Mentat answers and opens a lead.

Built by a mover

I run a moving company in Nashville and built Move Savant to run it. I ran it on six tools, and I was the one copying things between them. Most screens started as a problem on a real move.

Bryce Adkins, founder

Most movers run on six tools that don’t talk to each other.

The owner is the one who copies things between them. Here is what that costs.

  • The call you missed was somebody’s whole house.Mentat, the AI assistant, answers the phone when nobody can, and the call, the text and the quote land on one record.
  • The schedule lives in one person’s head.Dispatch shows every truck, crew and hour on one board, so tomorrow doesn’t depend on who built the spreadsheet.
  • You find out what a job made a month later.Invoices, crew labor and what is still unpaid sit beside the schedule, so you can read the month while it is still happening.
What it replaces

Six kinds of tool, on one record.

Mentat

Mentat answers the phone when nobody can, briefs you in the morning, and finds the problems before a customer does.

What you get

Four parts of the business, on the real screens.

Video surveys

The customer sends a video. The items are read from it.

Review each item the way the customer showed it, with the box drawn on the video and their own words beside it. Approved items go straight into the estimate.

  • Items boxed and labeled on the video
  • Items the customer says are staying are left out of the count
  • Apply the items and boxes to the estimate

Dispatch

Every truck, every crew, every hour on one board.

Each truck shows its crew and the hours each person has this week. People over 40 are marked before you schedule them, and a blocked job says why.

  • Weekly hours beside every name
  • Done, on time or blocked on every job
  • Cover suggested when a mover is out
The Dispatch day board: crews with each person's weekly hours, and the day's jobs
The crew app

The crew lead runs the day from the phone.

One next step at a time, with the customer one tap away. I’m on my way texts the customer, and the clock and the checklist live on the same screen.

  • When to leave the yard, who is on the truck
  • I’m on my way texts the customer
  • Hours in plain words, kept apart from billing

Money

Read the month while it is still happening.

The profit and loss reads by line, with a trend for each, and crew labor on top of the cost of jobs. Customers, invoices and payments post to QuickBooks Online.

  • What you kept from every dollar billed
  • Cards, payment links and tap to pay with Stripe
  • Gusto stays for payroll
