A note on pricing.

We haven’t set a price for Move Savant yet. I’m setting it with the first movers who come on, because I’d rather get it right with real companies than guess from here.

We’ll publish pricing on this page before we open to more movers in 2027, along with what it covers.

Today the platform has every module, the crew app and Mentat, and it connects to QuickBooks Online and Stripe. How it will be priced or packaged is not decided, and I won’t guess at it here.

What will it cost?

We don’t have a number yet. We’ll publish the price on this page before Move Savant opens to more movers in 2027.

Is there a contract?

Terms aren’t set yet. We’ll set them with each early mover and you’ll see them before you sign anything.

Can I move my data over?

Tell us on the demo what you use today and we’ll say what can come across. You own your data.

Do my crews need iPhones?

The crew app runs on iPhone. If your crews carry something else, tell us on the demo.

What about payroll?

Payroll stays in Gusto. Move Savant keeps your crew’s time and pay rates, and Gusto keeps running payroll.

When can I start?

A Nashville moving company runs on Move Savant today. Other movers come on in 2027. Book a demo and we’ll talk about timing.
